I have a 15' x 30' barn that I want to convert to a coop. However, right now it has a gravel floor, which gets wet from the rain coming in from the sides of the barn. Should I poor a concrete floor or put in a raised wood floor using cinder blocks?

If you live in an area that freezes, I wouldn't put in a concrete floor without putting in drainage tiles around the outside of your barn to fix the drainage problem. The concrete floor would end up buckling and moisture would eventually seep up through the cracks. You would be better off going with a raised floor on blocks, IMHO.
