coop foundation of cinder blocks?

thinking of using cinder blocks as a foundation. anybody else do this? pictures you would like to share

I have mine on large (oversized) bricks.... we preppred the dirt and tamped it down first and then measured so that all of the bricks would be level with one another.

Our coop is built on a cement paver pad. First we leveled the pad, then we placed the cement blocks around the perimeter and then leveled it again. The measurements didn't work out perfectly - you can see a 1 inch gap at the front. We filled it with a brick and sand to keep the critters out from underneath the coop.

We have had several hard rains and so far it's very dry.

Our coop is 6x8. Hope this helps.
