Coop Landscaping

I hope this is in the right area.

We are planning the run for our coop hoping it will be ready when the girls are ready to move in. We would like to add some plants to the run and on the exterior of the run that they like to eat.

Are there any plants that the chickens just go crazy over? Any I should really avoid?

I think if you plant anything in the run, it will be demolished before it even has a chance. Perhaps, if you plan to keep your birds confined in a coop and run, you should try growing things in large pots and letting them get fully established before putting the pots of full grown plants in the run.
Swiss chard is easy to grow and a favorite of chickens. It can easily be grown in pots. They also love lettuces and anything else green. Just keep in mind, that they will not last long.
