Coop paint

[Want Less]

We have a few spots on our coop where plywood is exposed that I need to paint in order to better protect it. I'd also like to paint the inside of the henhouse while I'm at it. What exterior paint is the most durable and still safe for my chickens?

Oil based paints are more durable.
Latex is washable.

If you use an oil base, you wait a week for the fumes to go away before you put the chooks in.
