Coop plans for five hens?

Hi,
I'm just starting out with chickens this spring and I need a good coop design for five hens, which is the most I can have in my city. I live in Michigan so our winters do get cold, and occasionally snowy. The simpler the better.

You might take a look at the free plans offered for download at Purina Mills . com. I used them as a base for my coops. You could adjust the dimensions to suit your needs.

Check ebay. I bought most of my plans there. They have anything from tiny little 8sqf coops up to huge 20 bird coops.
