Coop Questions ... hmmm ... where do I start ...

My barn has all the modern luxeries Running water, a sink, electricity with lots of lights and outlets, etc.

Girl, have you got it made! I would give my eye teeth for a setup like that! My grandma had her henhouse in the barn and was able to keep it predator free, so it might not be that hard. Good luck!!!​

Yes, I really love my "luxuries" ...hehehe. Guess I'm "a little" spoiled

I love being able to just run my water into the buckets in the barn - and NOT have to carry water, and being able to plug in my radio while I'm working in the barn, and being able to SEE in the barn regardless of what time of day/night it is - with all my lights, not having to run extension cords for anything (including the heat lamps), Just being able to do everything right inside my barn - it's so nice. And soon we'll be putting a fridge inside the barn (for my goat milk, and extra eggs, medications, etc.)

I just need to figure out what I'm doing with these peeps once they're to big for the brooder ! ...sigh. We dont' have the $$ to build a real BIG coop. We don't REALLY even have the $$ to build ANY size coop - but just gotta do it. So unless we can figure out something with the barn we have ... or something that we can do/use for free for now ... we plan to just keep like 12-15 peeps for ourselves and sell all the rest. So I dunno ... we'll see what happens I guess.
