Coop/Run Size for Adult Pearl Grey Gunieas

I agree! Guineas need a lot of space. However, we don't yet know how many Guineas will be housed. If this is all available to protect them at night, it would be better than nothing. Is it possible to add on to it? Maybe this coop can be altered for warmth in the winter with an attached covered run. Keep in mind, Guineas do not like change. They also need to remain cooped in their permanent home for a minimum of 6 weeks if you expect them to return to it each evening.

I just plan to put them in there at night. Would that change anything?

No, it won't change anything. If you overcrowd your Guineas even just over night they will most likely take it out on each other (to the point that some end up cannibalized, or dead), plus I am betting you will have a major battle getting them in each night. Guineas don't like small confined spaces, so you can count on them choosing to fly up to the trees or a rooftop instead of going into a tiny cramped coop each night.

You really need to plan out an adequate sized coop and an attached covered pen for your Guineas WCR. Believe me, the day will come when you need to keep them contained for longer periods than just overnight. They can't be out in bad weather/storms, and you never know when you might have a predator scare and need to keep them all confined to keep them alive, or keep them home because your neighbors are complaining about all the Guinea poop on their deck or cars etc
