Coop run size....

Is 200sq ft (8ft w x 25ft L) adequate for 6 red sex link chickens and 2 Midget white turkeys? I could add approx another 15ft of length if need be

It should be plenty.

If you go with the 10 sq ft per chicken for the run, that gives you 60 sq ft for the chickens. Since the turkeys will be so much bigger, I would double that for them, so 40 sq ft. That leaves you 100 sq ft of "extra" space.

That leaves you more room for More Chickens!!!

The more room you can give them the better. Sometimes it's not possible to give them a lot of room, and we have to make do with just the bare minimums.

Is that just the run..... or the coop too?
Usually they are calculated separately.
