Coop Temp in Texas

Tonight is my babies first night in the coop. They are 3.5 weeks old. Temp inside the coop is 81° and they are all at their little screen door....we have a fan blowing towards the coop. Is it too hot or are they spoiled?

Is there any ventilation anywhere else? I have high and big ventilation. 2 roost, 1 sits at the ventilation height, the other lower. During the hot weather my girls like to roost up top to feel the breeze.

There are 3 other cutouts with hardware cloth over them. They are feeling the fan, I see their feathers move and I could feel air coming out of each cutout.

Here in steamy central NC I figured that the coop was sufficiently ventilated when I couldn't feel any difference between inside and outside.
