Coop windows during the winter?

I ordered 2. About $36 (plus shipping...?), but as I said, I think I'll get a couple more years out of it. I like that it's white, so it doesn't cut down on the light in the coop.

Well, it STARTS out white. Now it's "chicken dust" grey. :gig
It looks like cloth. Do you have problems with it getting wet from snow then freezing solid?

I was worried about it blocking the light. I'm glad it doesn't! I'll have to measure my windows and order some.

It's a spun polyester, I think. It's not absorbent, and I don't recall it getting wet.

Fortunately, the openings I have to cover get very little to no direct precipitation, except the one to the south. The filter did get some snow on it, but I don't recall it freezing solid.

Oh, you'll want to cut it with SHARP scissors. Don't ask me how I know. :D
