Coop

So I am starting my breeding programs and need ideas for breeding coops. I have 1 set of 7 chickens that will be in 1 coop as well as a set of 4 chickens that will be in another coop. Can i combine the buildings and have 1 big building that is split in half? Or should I stick with the 2 small buildings? Smaller seems to be easier to manage to build but bigger means I can store the special breeder feed in the building with the roosting pens. Please help buildings are made of pallets.

Doesn't matter as long as groups are kept separate and protected from the weather.
