Coops for breeders question

Is there a section on coop suggestions, ideas, guidelines for building coops for breeding? Am assuming you want to provide separate spaces for mating pairs... but that's all that comes to mind

I've been searching on this too and from what I gather, it is not that simple. I suppose it could be but that poor hen would be... how to put it???

A few breeders keep the roos separate from hens and other roos. The hens can all be together. You have a "honeymoon suite", pick the hen (or hens) you want to breed and the roo you want to use, and place them in the breeding suite for a day or two.

I haven't tried it yet. Up till last week everyone was in one big pen like going to woodstock in '69.
