well, i bought a big bottle of this from the feed store in hopes that it will help and prevent whatever has been killing them off. what dosage should i use and how? i am really confused because the feed store guy was practically muttering and i couldnt understand him at all.

what are the synptoms for your chickens
do they definetly have coccidiosis
most feed store pople don't really know any more than a person earning a living selling products so he can't be used as authority

you need to understand the symptoms for usin corid is for coccidiosis
as a amproylium product it is the best for coccidiosis

usually in a bad epedemic condition you use 2 tsp per gallon for 5-7 days
generally for 5 days then drop to 1 tsp per gallon
this was prescribed by a vet in SC when I lived there
it worked well
but chickes were un thrifty and hoved up and only drinking water and squirting liquids
bloody droppings
and only had two days to live
are your chickens like that?

you need to feed the natural probiotic recipe for the chickens wehter they have coccidiosis or not

well, there are lots of goat people here who might know

this paticular feed store guy is very knowledgeable but he has had a stroke and cant talk very well.
i really think what my chickens have/had is coccidiosis.
