I've been feeding my rabbit corn on the cobs practically everyday since we first got him. I haven't observed any issues and his droppings have always been healthy and unconcerning. Why is this?

Probably because you haven't been feeding it in a way that can cause a problem for him, or he has enough sense to chew it up into small enough pieces not to get anything "stuck." Ground dried corn is a not-uncommon ingredient in rabbit feed; I refuse to believe that the feed companies are so cynical as to use an apparent source of nutrients as "filler" because it can't be digested. The outer shell of a corn kernel is tough to digest (people can't digest it, either) but that doesn't mean that the rest of the kernel can't be utilized.
