Corn

My chickens are just under one year of age. I feed them a high quality lay maker, they do fine. My husband throws them a handful of clean, whole corn almost every day ... is this safe?

It's fine as long as it's 10% or less of their daily ration. I use a 'scratch' blend as a treat, and some kitchen scraps. Mary

Honestly this time of year it helps them stay warm so it is fine!!
