Cornish chicks 4 weeks can they go outside

My Cornish meat birds are 4 weeks old the outside temp at night is in the 30s daytime upto 60s can they be moved to the tractor yet

Thank you for the reply 7 weeks tho I was under the understanding that they would be butchered at 8 weeks so only a week outside? And at this point I’m cleaning there home every day and there so dirty
