Thanks. My husband is not so sure about eating backyard birds; wants them from the store. Lol. I might be able to get him to like the idea with trying this type first.

They taste like store bought birds, and are fed the same feed, basically. Allowing them to pasture a bit does so much for the flavor, though it’s not so different as to require different cooking methods.
