Cornish Cross Outside.

I know I've read that at 21 days or so you can put the birds out in the tractor. My question is it's becoming colder here at night (gonna be 50 tonight) are they still ok to go out? I have 3 lamps out and wind blocks up but its gonna be like this for the next 2 weeks any way. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
