I bought several chicks from the local feed store that were supposed to be Cornish crosses. These look like they may have been mixed up with some buff Orpington. Anyone Carr to share their thoughts on this?

Cornish Cross feathers would be white, legs would be yellow, at that age the combs and wattles would be much more developed, and the body shape would be quite different. Especially with those white legs I think Buff Orpington is a real good guess.
