cornish giants?

cornish giants are not agresave and they are fast growning meat chickens and afeter they get too big there legs break

We had a very good, large, show quality white Cornish large fowl hen that developed a vision problem in her old age. Now old Pearl was a sweetheart, unusually tame for the Cornish I've known, built like the proverbial brick outhouse. Pearl could see the corn if you threw a little out on the ground but she did not seem to be able to focus enough at close range to peck individual kernals. If you put a pile in your hand she would come right up go to town, when she got the pile ate down some, she was just as likely to grab a chunk of your hand by mistake. Now let me tell you when old Pearl got a hold of a chunk of something soft, she'd give it a little twist to see if she could get a piece to come loose, I think she had the jaw strength of a pit bull. It got to be a kind of test of manhood to see if you had sand enough to let Pearl eat out of your hand without flinching, especially after she got ahold of you good. I think she may have changed your friends opinions.

I want to know if the Cornish Giant would be a great cross as well. If you can get one to grow the size of a Jersey Giant in the maturity time frame as a Cornish Indian Game. I very much want to know the answer.

I very much want to know the answer to this same question. Can you get a cross breed that gets to be 10 plus lb in 5 months. Cornish Cock with Jersey Giant Hen or visa versa.

Perhaps with a different Cross
Cornish Cock & Delaware Hen
