Cornish Hens

I am new to raising poultry for my own meat. Can someone tell me what a reasonable price would be to process a Cornish hen in North Texas?

Are you talking about Cornish X (breed/hybrid), Cornish hens (Cornish X slaughtered at 3-4 weeks for a smaller bird), or regular Cornish breed? There's a difference and it will probably affect people's answers.
