Cornish in Destress

My cornish have a respiratory problem. They rattle and gurgle when they breathe. Their eyes look clear not watery. Does anyone have any ideas. I've gives them antibiotics for 3 days now but there isn't any change. our vet does not deal with chickens I don't want to lose them. Thanks
