Is there such a breed, or is it a name attached to the Cornish Cross? I have a chinese fellow that is requesting them and that the Hudderites (sp) in Alberta did breed them. Any info would be great.

It is possible that diffent regions have diffrent names for the same bird. show him your cornish cross and see if that is what he wants. If he says no, then you know its not a diffrent name. It may be good to ask the weight too so you show him something that resembols what he is looking for.

Yeah I live 3 hours away so I can't really show him a bird. He wants some cornish crosses when I butcher them but he is sure they aren't the same. We will see.
