Cornish roaster with legs turning green? Is this normal?

My cornish roaster chicks are just over 2 weeks. I started mild feed restriction 3 days ago(14-16 hours with/8-10 without) to slow down their growth and prevent leg/organ problems.
Today I noticed that 1 of my chicks has green tinted legs. It seems fine besides that. Several others show a slight greenish coloration but it's a lot less.
Is this normal or a sign of something bad going on with circulation?

I am also hoping that someone will answer this. I have a chick that I got out of the amerucana pullet bin but she is pure white and growing at about twice the rate of the other chicks. I was thinking she might be a meat bird that got in the wrong bin. Her legs are dark greenish and I was hoping it meant she was an amerucana.
