Cornish X eggs

Are these available to buy to hatch out? I have not saw the eggs listed anywhere to buy.

I think you can get them from hatcheries like mc murray, but, they will be more costly to hatch than it would be to just buy.

Did not see any there. Was hoping this spring to throw them under my hens to hatch out.
