I've been raising chickens on and off all my life.
I'm looking for a breed with nice firm meat.
Eggs and fast growth are not necessary.
We just like good quality meat that our family can use on occasions.
My research leads me to the Cornish.
I would like some information on the Cornish.
And maybe you can recommend a few sources of quality Cornish because I also like to watch them free range too.
