My 20 CornishX are doing very well (6 weeks, 3 days as of today). I have 1 bag of 20% feed left and will soon run out to get some more. I've heard they go through lots of feed in the final couple of weeks.

Since they have been growing so well, would it be possible to mix the feed in the final weeks with cracked corn? Can they handle that? Also, can they handle whole corn? FYI, I have them in a chicken-tractor that I move each day (though they never really seem to eat the nice healthy green grass). I have a few bags of cracked corn and one bag of whole corn left over from winter and want to get rid of it.

You can give them cracked or whole corn. My preference would be the cracked as it easier to digest. A possible unwanted result of giving them extra corn is they will add more fat. If that doesn't concern you, it won't hurt a thing. I'm surprised they don't eat more grass. I have mine on a clover pasture, and they eat a ton of it.
