Correct dosage??

I understand it is OK to use "Ivermcetin Horse Wormer Paste" for worming chickens. What is the correct dose to use? How long before eggs are OK again?

Ive heard of using Ivermectin pour on for cattle but not paste. The pour on dose is 1/4 cc for bantams and 1/2 cc for standards on the back of the neck. And I dont think its suppose to both the eggs but not for sure. I dont care what I give my chickens, I always wait 14 days til I collect eggs for eating.
