There's a guy at my boyfriend's work selling unsexed Chinese Ringneck Pheasant chicks, 2 for $85ish. I want to know if this is a good price or too much. To me I'm thinking it sounds like a lot for unsexed chicks.

Eh, I wouldn't pay that much. Eggs go for around $.70 here, so I'm sure you could manage to hatch and keep more than two alive out of the 121 eggs you'd be able to purchase.

Is that 0.85 for 2, if so yes good price.

I am selling hens dayold chicks for 50.00 per 100 plus shipping. in hatcher now. shipping this week. That was a price for BYC members

Yes, wow if I was getting $85 for 2, this batch of a few thousand, would bring me a 1/4 mill.

Around here (in AK) young chicks go for about $2.50 each when just buying a few here and there.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to have my boyfriend talk to him and see if he can talk some sense into the guy, even if I don't buy birds from him.
