costs of DP vs. CornishX

So I know that with DP chickens you have to raise them longer than the cornishX. I also know that the cornishX eat a lot of food at a time. So was wondering cost wise is it better to raise DP or cornishX?

Thanks! I figured it had probably been discussed before but didn't know how to find it. Funny thing is, there really doesn't seem to be an answer.

That's because in the true sense there are no more DP's left, forget buying hatchery trash. there are still some hertitage breeds that are doing well and fit into that DP category but they are hard to find and you will pay dearly. But if you believe what the hatcheries write as their descriptions all you will end up with is a chicken that looks like the rubber ones the comedians use as props.
