I am hatching out right now, and I have one that hatched last night and its two legs both stick out away from its body. it has movement of its legs, but it hasnt been able to get its feet underneath it yet to walk around.. kinda just pushes itself around... its not deformed... its regular looking, it just keeps its legs stuck out to both side.... any idea?? only thing I can figure out is it hatched too fast and wasnt quite developed... other chicks are doing fine.. had 120 eggs in the bator... this bird chirps and is healthy.. just can get its legs going..

Yep exactly.... if it can be corrected for sure id try it... but if not i may as well kill it now. It aint gonna live if i cant get around....

Sounds like he needs his legs belted together.
Do what Dc said and search for ways to correct splayed leg, aka, spraddle leg.

I read on it..... im gonna try the half bandaid technique when i get home. See if that helps this lil dude

I had more luck with string and making my wife hold them while I tied up the legs.
They always seemed to get the tape or band aids off.
