Coturnix day 18 no external pip.

Humidity during incubation- 45-55%
Humidity at lockdown- 65-85%
Tempature- 99 F-101 F
CALIBRATED THERMOMETER,- checked accuracy day of lockdown.- Boiling point, and melting point.
Turned eggs every 2 hours.
Last candled on day 14. Alive and well. 1 egg fell and broke open, sadly containing live chick, but gifted me knowledge of life in the eggs.

Is it normal to have no coturnix quail hatching on day 18? This is counting the first day as day 0.
Any thoughts?

All of mine hatched later than I expected but are alive and well now laying lots of eggs! Theres no calendar in these little guys so they can hatch as late as day 20 I think. Good luck on your hatch!!!

Mine hatched on day 15. And internal pipped on day 14. It depends on incubation temperature.
