Coturnix quail chick with bad foot, advise please

I just had my first batch of quail hatch yesterday and one cannot walk on one foot. It walks on the joint at the top of the foot where it meets the leg and the foot is just curled up. It gets around just as well as the others, but is there something I can do to help it? I'm growing them for meat or eggs, so if it still appears to be doing well and it seems comfortable, I won't cull it for now even if it can't be fixed.

Something i have heard of is using those little felt sticky round pads for putting under furniture . you stick it to the bottom of the foot so the toes are stuck to it and lay flat. i have never tried it but it might be worth a shot

I thought I'd give one last update on my quail chick. "Her"(I call them all her) foot turned itself around after less than a week. I can't even tell her apart from all the others anymore.
