Could a pheasant egg fertilized by a rooster hatch and survive?

So there is a group of pheasants who live in the pond behind my home and they are constantly coming over and trying to steal food from my chickens. Anyhow, i caught my rooster mating with one of the female pheasants, so that got me wondering, would a pheasant egg fertilized by a rooster actually hatch?

They can become fertilized by the rooster. It is rare, especially in nature for this to occur....there are a few threads on here, with peeps who have successfully hatched pheasant/chicken crosses.
It's a 'dead end' as far as the offspring being able to reproduce. Sometimes the male will be fertile (very rare) but in almost all instances, the females are sterile.
Most of the eggs that do get fertilized will not hatch, the embryos will be (dis) at various stages of development. Those that do hatch will have problems surviving for very long...but on occasion some do survive to a mature age.
ETA - here's the thread I mentioned.
