We got our very first egg yesterday and I know that it came from one of our two silkies.
One of them, Celia, had a big 'ole cluck-fest yesterday morning, and I hear it clucking quite frequently.
However, when I posted photos on here, most people thought "she" may be a "he". Of course, being a silkie, no one was willing to bet on it.
I watched a few "egg song" clips on youtube, and the racket Celia was making sure sounded similar. I know roosters can cluck, but would it cluck enough to confuse it with a egg song?
