is it possible to give chicks to a silkie pullet and have her raise them? Is this safe, and should i seperate the two pullets if i put chicks in with them (they both get along great)? do you think a silkie pullet ould attack the chicks, ignore them, or raise them?

Are they broody? If not, I wouldn't try it. Hens often hate the sight of chickies.

It's possible, but unusual. I have a slightly oddball hen who will raise any chicks you give to her despite the fact that she hasn't been broody in years, but she's the exception, not the rule. If you want to carefully place the chicks in with the pullets and see how they do together with careful supervision, that should be fine, but if they start bullying the chicks that's a sign that they probably shouldn't be together. Good luck.

It depends on the Silkies' personalities. If they are practically always sitting on the eggs, then they could probably raise the chicks.
