Im a new turkey owner and i would like some pen ideas so please and thank you

my pen is 20 x 40 it will hold 12 or so comfortably (only normal pecking order fights)


their feeder (which i use in pen and outside when i let them free range.




Turkey pen and roost is the first one you see with shade cloth/roofing panels. I have 2x4s laid flat under the roofing itll roost about 20-25 full grown. 8x10 area with 4 roosts. Shade clothe is "stitched" to aluminum aircraft cable.

Just curious---do you clip their wings or do you have a problem with the hens flying at all? I have 4 Jersey Buff turkeys.

I have to clip the younger birds wings, once they reach a certain size they pretty much give up on flying.

We converted an old shed into our Turkey pen. It has outdoor roosts and indoor roosts. All of our turkeys young and old roost off of the ground at night time.
