Could it be a weasle?

I lost my second hen. she was just about three years old. I remember seeing her the smorning and telling her i would see her when i got home then i found her and there was a little whole in the run right next to her... is its a weasle the whole wasnt very big. I live in central Pennsilvania and there run is right beside a stream. Any help would be appreciated i would like to protect my fourteen remaining hens!

Could be a weasel or a mink parts of Pa are known as 'Red fox alley "
