Could my rooster have impacted crop from eating grass cuts and no grit?

I come home from work and my rooster was looking upward with twisted neck and my ol man had given him cut grass clippings,He's got quite a bit going on with him actually,but can I give him drops of olive oil to help move it? And vet put him on big horse pill antibiotics which I cut in half and force him to take poor guy,he won't take it any other way
.plus I make him take vitamin pills E and b complex.do they actually absorb these pills with out grit in their crops??

Grit is used in the gizzard, not the crop, grit won't solve a crop issue.
The crop, which sits on the chest, is like the first stomach on a cow, a holding basket for later digestion.
Does he have a hard crop or just wry neck symptoms?
Why is he on antibiotics?
