Could someone help me age these chicks?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the age of my chicks? I'm thinking just about 4 weeks but I'm not sure. Also the Easter Egger is spastic is that normal for them. I have 2 cinnamon queens that are on the timid side and Orpingtons that are chill teenagers currently. I'm very new so sorry if I sound silly. Thank you!!
