Yesterday temps here in VT reached 90, with extremely high humidity. We have 3 week old broiler chicks. We lost a couple of them, which I believe was due to the heat ... all the others seem fine this am, except for 2. These two are standing very still, they look kind of puffed, and almost look like they are sleeping. They make noises when I pick them up, and are able to walk, but they just don't look quite right. Do you think the heat yesterday could still be affecting them today??
