I have 4 hens. 2 being barred rocks. They are all almost 2 years old now. One of my barred will raise her neck and shake her head. I looked at videos for gapeworm and maybe that's it. But she gives off a real loud call I guess you'd say. it doesn't sound like she is having trouble yelling or breathing so I'm not sure.

Could be she's attempting a crow, as hens without a roosters will often have one begin to act like one.

Is that anything I should worry about?

Nothing to be concerned with, she may even occasionally attempt to mate with them if she is indeed taking the role of the rooster.
