Could you tell me about silkie rooster???

I'm thinking to get silkie rooster.
Are they noisy?
The owner said he is very healthy and friendly to people.
That means not friendly to my hens??

Silkies crow just like any other breed. Due to their size I would expect it to be a little quieter than standard breeds but I've never owned a silkie so I can't verify that. Friendly to people doesn't mean he will not be friendly towards your hens.

I got him today. I thought he is bantam but he is pretty big. Looks bigger than my SS girls.
Also he won't make any noise. Is it normal??

He may be being quiet because he is in a new place. Silkies look large but trust me it is all fluff the first time he gets wet you will understand. Generally speaking they are very sweet to people and other birds. Make sure your girls don't peck his crest too much. Watch out for mites too silkies seem to be more prone to them. Good luck

He started making little bit noise yesterday but not noisy as my girls.

About mites problem... I was wondering about that yesterday. He acts like not chicken. He doesn't eat a lot and not scratching on the ground, doesn't care about any treats... etc.
Does silkie take dust bath like other my girls? Or I have to wash him with soapy water?
