Couple chickens have a fluid filled bump on sinus

Does anyone know what this bump is and what I should do? The rooster also has it and it’s only on one side of the face…

I would think it's a Infection. Maybe some other will be able to help.

How long have the bumps been there?
Do any of them have watery or bubbly eyes?
Any weird breathing noises from any?
