I am a bit amazed that I had so far today (March 21, 2015) one Courtrnix hatch in only 14 days! I have seen other people post 19 to 21 days! This little guy appears healthy. 20 more eggs to go
That chick should still be in the incubator. You should never open the bator until the chicks are dry, it's so easy to give them hypothermia, they should go straight from the bator to a 95* degree enclosure. Also a day 14 hatch isn't a good thing. It can be caused by many things, but usually high temperatures are to blame.
