I have a novital covatutto 20 that handle 40 chicken eggs.for the last few hatches i ve been having poor results about 12 to 15 from 40 eggs all fertlized.during the last hatch i put 3 thermometers one on the right one on the left and one in the middle none of them was the same so in the next hatch i started changing egg places the one on the left to the right and the opposit...and finally i got a good hatch 36 chicks out of 40. plus my incubator has 2 small red caps for water in the last 3 days (lockdown) i add another bigger cap for better results because the chicks were getting stick to the membrane and i needed to peel them and thats due to low humidity.i wish i could help anyone
