Cover of 2012 Murray Murray

Has anyone seen the cover of the new McMurray catalog? There is a gorgeous rooster with iridescent blue saddle, wing and tail feathers. He has white earlobes and red-gold hackle feathers. Any idea what breed he is? With his large single comb, he probably wouldn't work in my area of the country (North Dakota) but I would love to know what breed he is.

I think that's a light brown leghorn. He's not actually blue, its a reflection on his black feathers.
