your post is so brief and contains so little info... please post again with as many details as you can.
I am assuming the coyote has torn off the wings.
Your bird will be in shock > you need to give electrolytes in the water for this (emergency substitute is to dilute childrens pedialyte but do get proper electrolytes > most feed stores have them or you can look at your pet store).
flush the area with lukewarm sterile saline and if at all possible apply a chlorhexidine based disinfectant (hibiclens is a brand name that many drugstores/pharmacists carry) ... failing that then use triple antibiotic cream. Do check for puncture wounds... they will need to be FLUSHED thoroughy with the sterile saline first .
