I think one of my 9 week old CPQ hens has a crop impaction. She's been repeatedly swallowing for about 6 hours, I originally thought she'd eaten too much but she's still doing it. She was eating her game bird crumbles a few hours ago, but I've not seen her eat or drink for a while. She's not pooped since I've put her in isolation about an hour ago but I don't see anything unusual in the aviary. I've given apple cider vinegar in her water and attempted a crop massage.
Is there anything else I can do?
I've added a video so you can see what she's doing. Could this be something else? She's not started laying yet, but her sister started laying two weeks ago.
The aviary floor is covered in tree bark and their hides are filled with hay. She's currently on easichick dust free wood bedding for isolation.
