crack in egg

well today looking into the bator i noticed 1 egg had a significant cracks that had spider effect other little crack leading from the big crack.NOt sure what happened I candled last nite and the lid dropped down 1x this might of caused it but,anyways I candled it and the embroyo is still alive so I put nail polish on the cracks.Do you think it might make it?
